On the FS3, this function controls how the unit handles
a battery change (whether or not it prompts the user) in
APM mode. On the MP2500, there is no APM mode so
this function has no effect.

BL=battery type, if set (0=non-rechargeable,
non 0=rechargeable)
AL=type (0 or 1), if get
On the FS3, use this function to set or get the charging
mode, in APM mode. On the MP2500, there is no APM
mode, and charging is controlled using the UTIL utility
and INT 15, function 8AH.

AL=0 (get) or non 0 (set)
BL=capacity (0..32H) if set
BL=capacity (0..32H) if get
Use this function on FS3 to set/get the battery capacity,
in APM mode. On the MP2500, there is no APM mode
or battery level monitoring, so this function is ignored.
