On the FS3, use this function to enable or disable
RACK communications mode. On the standard
MP2500, the Rack Interface is not available.

AL=control (0=force high, 1=force low)

On the FS3, use this function to force the COM1 Tx bit
high or low. On the standard MP2500, there is no
COM1 port to control.

AL=control (0=disable, non-0=enable)
