2. Insert the H

bootable diskette produced by using the MP2500 UTIL utility's Format
diskette option (see section 10.1.4, Format diskette).
3. On the PC, select the A drive, type ORACLE/19200 and press Enter.
(This makes the PC share its A drive via the cable.)
4. On the unit, display the Boot Menu and select option 4 to boot from a
diskette, as described in section 0.
5. When you press E in the Boot Menu, this will prompt you for the port
to use to connect to the PC:
6. Select option 2 to connect to the PC, then press E.
7. The following screen prompts will be displayed:
8. Select the 19200 speed option, then press E. The unit will boot from
the diskette in the PC's drive.
Once the unit has finished booting, you can use the PC's A drive just as if it
were attached directly to the unit. This provides a quick and easy way to
copy files to or from the unit, or to produce more bootable diskettes. (To
gain access to all the PC's drives and its printers, see section 10.4, The
INTERLINK utility.)
Remember to return the unit to booting from the appropriate internal drive
before issuing it - see section 0 for details.
