AL=0 (off) or non 0 (on)
BL=0 (Port 1) or 1 (Port 2 and 3)
Returns nothing
On the FS3, use this function to control the +5V
output(s). On the standard MP2500, there are no
power outputs so this function is ignored.

AL=0 (restore) or 1 (set)
BL=user software interrupt, if set
Returns nothing
Use this function on FS3 to handle battery changes
from within an application, in APM mode. There is no
APM mode on MP2500, so the function is ignored.

On the FS3, use this function to set or get the power
