Emulate MDA ie display attribute byte 07H as
normal video (white on black background) and
70H as inverse video (black
background).

Use inverse video if background colour other
than black.

Use inverse video for high intensity text.

intensity greater than foreground intensity.

colour other than black or high intensity
foreground.
Note that use of this mechanism is entirely transparent
to applications: it has no effect on screen memory or
functions that read or write text.
In graphics modes, there are no text attributes, so this
has no effect.
AH=73H
AL=size (0,1,6,7,8,9, A)
BH=cell width
BL=cell height
Selects the font (character size) for the entire screen,
in a text mode. This displays the whole screen using
the new font, allowing you to view more text at one
time, at the expense of legibility.
Whatever the font, the entire screen remains 25 lines
of 80 columns. The character spacing (cell size) and
cursor size are adjusted to the new font automatically.
