Connecting the carrier link to the local system
T1 or E1 carrier links are connected to the NT7R57AA Carrier Panel
assembly connectors at the rear of the module housing the Local Carrier
Interface card. Carrier links are routed from the telco demarcation point to
the local column for connection to the NT7R57AA Carrier Panel assembly
