Configuring the Carrier Remote IPE
The configuration and administration of the Carrier Remote IPE and
the corresponding carrier equipment at the local site are identical to the
standard system configuration and administration and do not require
special considerations.
However, there are some initial setup functions that must be considered
at the local and the remote sites. These functions are administered over
a Man Machine Interface (MMI) port connected to a terminal or a TTY at
the local and the remote site.
