Error Name/Error Condition/Major Cause/Solution
Perfect Binder: Upper tray low position late error
The upper tray did not leave the lower limit sensor after the upper tray lift motor
had operated for 5 s.

Upper tray lift motor defective

Upper tray low limit sensor defective

Connector loose, broken, defective

Inserter control board defective

Reconnect the connector.

Replace the upper tray lift motor.

Replace the upper tray low limit sensor

Replace the inserter control board.

Replace the motor harness.

Replace the sensor harness.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power
off/on.
