Book rotation HP sensor (right) connector loose, broken, defective
Reconnect the connector.
Replace the Book rotation motor 1 (right).
Replace the book rotation HP sensor (right).
Replace the cutter control board.
Replace the motor harness.
Replace the sensor harness.
Clear the signature jam.
