Alarm mask conditions, in the form abcdef, where:
a = spare (must be set to 0)
b = spare (must be set to 0)
c = spare (must be set to 0)
d = spare (must be set to 0)
e = Demod Faults (0 = unmasked, 1 = masked)
f = Eb/No Threshold Alarm (0 = unmasked, 1 = masked)
