Example: TCI=1 (selects Inverted TX Clock)

Example: TCK=1 (selects Tx Terrestrial Clock Source)

Tx RS encoding, where:
0 = RS(225,205,10)
1 = RS(219,201,9)
2 = RS(208,192,8)
3 = RS(194,178,8)
4 = RS(126,112,7)
5 = RS(220,200,10)
Depending on Modem mode, overhead type, and data rate, not all
selections will be valid.
Example: TCW = 0 (This is a 'don't care' if RS is Off under TRS)
