Description of Arguments
Query

Rx RS encoding, where:
0 = Interleaver Depth 4
1 = Interleaver Depth 8
2 = Interleaver Depth 16
Depending on Modem mode, overhead type, and data rate, not all
selections will be valid.
Example: RRD = 0 (This is a 'don't care' if RS is Off under RRS)

Rx RS encoding, where:
0 = Off
1 = On
