Step
5 CHECK VARIABLE VALVE TIMING CAM-
SHAFT POSITION SENSOR.
1)Remove the variable valve timing camshaft
position sensor.
2)Measure the resistance between connector
terminals of variable valve timing camshaft
position sensor.

Is the resistance between 1
and 4 kΩ?
EN(TURBO)-24
Yes
Check oil pres- Replace the vari-
sure passage and able valve timing
stuck of variable camshaft position
valve timing sole- sensor. <Ref. to
