During measuring and monitoring, tran-
sistor output 1, 2, 3 state, external trigger
input state, etc.
It consists of the following contents.
The state measured and monitored by
K6CM. "MON" on the LCD display lights
up.
In the case of an internal trigger or an
external trigger, it is measured and moni-
tored by a trigger. In case of no trigger, it
is always measured and monitored with
power ON.
Note : There are no states that are
measuring and not monitoring.

Turns ON when running time reaches
100%. Accumulates the product of oper-
ation time and internal temperature, and
detects abnormality when design life
