If I/E-Pm meas is set to IM3 CT INPUT, then I/E-Qm meas should be logically set to IM3 CT INPUT as well,
because IM3 CT INPUT is common input for both parameters.

No source for I/E reactive power measurement available. If selected, power factor
control defaults to BasePF (BASEPF, ANEXT BASEPF).
Mains I/E reactive power (Qm) is measured and calculated from controller's Im3
current terminal. The value is multiplied by 3 to estimate the aggregate mains
reactive power.
Mains I/E reactive power is measured by an external device and the controller
measures this value via analog input PFCtrl:I/E-Qm.
