This input is determinated for signal from Engine unit. This Input indicates that
engine unit is ready for Load.
When the input is deactivated then the GCB is opened.
When this input is activated then Min Stab Time start is counted down.

LBI: GCB close is accepted in SEM mode when LBI:ReadyToLoad=1 ,there are
no alarms 2nd level in alarmlist and Gen voltage and frequency are in limits .

LBI: GCB open has higher priority, in case of activation LBI:GCB open – the
LBI:GCB closed will be suppressed.

Description
This input is determinated for activation Synchronisation process, supported in
SEM mode only.
LBI:Gen sync = 1 – regulations for synchronisation are activated.
LBI:Gen sync = 0 – regulations for synchronisation are deactivated.
This function is designed for holding the generator In synchronism (according
phase and voltage limits –set by setpoints).
Synchronisation process is active during time set by Setpoint Sync timeout
(Sync/Load ctrl group).

In case of no voltage on BUS bar – GCB is closed.
