Selecting the Dye
In the Pure Spectra Calibration Manager:

In the Dye List field, select a pure dye to

Preparing and Loading a Pure Dye Plate
Remove the appropriate pure dye plate from its

packaging.
Do not discard the packaging for
IMPORTANT!
the pure dye plate. The pure dye plate can be
used up to three times if it is stored in its original
packaging sleeve.
Standard plates only: Vortex the plate for

5 seconds. Do not vortex Fast plates.
(Remaining steps apply to both standard and Fast
plates.)
