Axis related alarm codes are common for all axes, but the alarm code output
area is different for each axis.
When an axis-related alarm occurs, the following bits will indicate the status:

3002h • The over travel signal in positive direction
has turned ON during axis movement.
• After resetting the alarm, attempted to
operate the axis in the positive direction
with the positive direction over travel sig-
nal ON.
Move the axis in the negative direction
manually.
3003h • The over travel signal in negative direction
has turned ON during axis movement.
• After resetting the alarm, attempted to
operate the axis in the negative direction
with the negative direction over travel sig-
nal ON.
Move the axis in the positive direction man-
ually.
3004h • The over travel signals in both directions
have turned ON during axis movement or
when the axis was about to move.
• After resetting the alarm, attempted to
operate the axis with the over travel sig-
nals in both directions ON.
Check if the over travel signals for both
directions are wired correctly.
3005h • The axis entered the software limit area in
positive direction during axis movement
with the origin defined. Check if the set-
ting value of the axis parameter [P3AA02:
Positive direction software limit] is correct.
(The error may occur when executing cir-
cular interpolation right on the software
limit values.) If the setting value is incor-
rect, set a larger limit value. When the
value is correct, correct the program or
travel distance of the axis.
