Configures BLF LED mode and provides five kinds of definition for the BLF/BLF List
key LED status.
Note: It is not applicable to SIP VP-T49G, SIP-T19(P) E2 and CP860 IP phones. For the
Genband server, you can set the value of this parameter to 4.

Configures the period (in seconds) of the BLF subscription for account X.
X ranges from 1 to 16 (for SIP VP-T49G/SIP-T48G/T46G/T29G)

X ranges from 1 to 3 (for SIP-T40P/T23P/T23G)

The IP phone is able to successfully refresh the SUBSCRIBE before expiration of the
SUBSCRIBE dialog.
