Before
turning power ON
(1)
Confirm
that the front and rear doors of the
equipment are
closed.
The equipment uses enclosed dustproof construction
to
prevent
air
from
entering. If the
door is
open-or
there is a
gap
in the
door, firmly
close the door by
using door open
close
metal
fitting.

Check the machine for the
designated checkpoints.
See
the instruction manual issued
by your
machine tool
builder.

Power ON
(1)
Confirm that external
power
supply
is fed
to
the
equipment.
switch ON the NC
operation
panel.
(

)
When this
is done,
the control
power
supply
turns ON,
and the cooling
fan
starts
operating.
Confirm that
air is flowing from the
upper
side
location
of the equipment.
(
ii
)
The timer runs
out
approximately 20
seconds
later, making the
machine
ready for the servo power supply
to
be turned
on (alarm
code
3000).

servo power
supply
turns
ON
and,
if the machine is readied, the NC
is
placed
in
a
READY
state.

When the
power
supply of the

turned

sent out.

The
power supply on
the machine side is fumed on by the NRD
signal
and
when MRD
(machine preparation complete) signal
is returned,
the READY
lamp lights.
