POWER OFF PRM SET" is issued. To cancel the
alarm,
turn
OFF
power
once,
then
turn
ON
again.

part
program
is
initialized,
alarm "ALM 0051
:
PROGRAM GENERATION PRM SET" is
issued. If this
alarm
occurs,
program generation
is
necessary.
Contact
your
YASKAWA representative.
Even after this alarm
occurs,
the
system
becomes available if
you turn
power
OFF and
ON, although the
parameter
change
is canceled.
