be observed by
specifying the diagnosis

keys on
the NC
operator
panel.

a power
sequence
control
option
is
provided as optional,
the
system
will have its
own
characteristic "custom

signal"
and this
state
can
be observed by setting
an
exclusive
diagnosis
No. in the unit.
