Remove and then reinstall the Staple Cartridge. The Convenience Stapler operates
correctly after reinstalling the Staple Cartridge.

The unformed staple roll may be wound too tightly or the Driver Bar may be out of
position.
Do the following:
• Remove the Staple Cartridge.
• Perform the OF-8 Staple Cartridge Checkout Procedure

• Reinstall the Staple Cartridge.
The Convenience Stapler operates correctly after performing the Staple Car-
tridge Checkout Procedure.

Replace the Staple Cartridge and attempt to staple a stack of documents. The
Convenience Stapler operates correctly after replacing the Staple Car-
tridge.
