Control Logic did not detect the presence of an EPC Hard Drive.
Initial Actions
Refer to
EPC BSDs (Chain 01)
and
EPC BSDs (Chain 03)
Initialize the EPC
(GP
1).
Procedure
There is +5VDC from pin 4 to pin 3 of
Y
N
There is +5VDC from pin 1 to pin 2 of
Y
N
There is +5VDC from pin 8 to pin 5 of
Y
N
Go to
Flag 2
and
Flag 3
on BSD 1.1 (EPC DC Power). Check for an open circuit
or an open fuse F6. If the wires are OK, replace the IOT LVPS
Replace the EPC PWB

Go to
Flag 4
on BSD 1.1 (EPC DC Power). check for an open circuit.
There is +12VDC from pin 1 to pin 2 of

There is +12VDC from pin 4 to pin 3 of

Reseat the EPC Hard Drive Cable on the Hard Drive and on the EPC PWB. Switch the power

problem is resolved:
