[Procedure 1]
Is the tension of the drive belt normal?
NO
Loosen the adjustment screw to adjust its tension.
YES
Does the bushing attached to the returning roller shaft smoothly move up and down?

NO
Apply grease on the cut-out part of the front side frame with where the bushing
contacts.
Is the spring of the returning roller detached?
YES
Attach the spring.
NO
Is the wiring between the finisher controller PC board and stack processing motor (M2) cor-
rect?
NO
Correct the wiring.
YES
Is the stack delivery lever home position sensor (S8) working properly?
NO
Replace the sensor.
YES
1) Replacing the stack processing motor.
2) Replace the finisher controller PC board.
[Procedure 2]
Does the bushing attached to the returning roller shaft smoothly move up and down?
NO
Apply grease on the cut-out part of the front side frame with where the bushing

contacts.
YES
Is the spring of the returning roller detached?
YES
Attach the spring.
