Remedy
Check the contents of the error and take actions
according to "[Md.114] Servo alarm" and
"[Md.115] Servo alarm detail number". (For the
details of "[Md.114] Servo alarm" and "[Md.115]
Servo alarm detail number", refer to the manual
of each driver.)
Replace the driver in which the WDT occurred.
• Check whether an error occurred in the driver
or whether the setting is incorrect, and take
necessary actions.
• When the MR-J5(W)-G series is connected:
To switch the driver control mode while the
motor is operating, set the servo parameter
"ZSP disabled selection at control switching
(PC76.1)" to "1: Disabled".
• To change the current value or switch the
fixed-feed control or speed control to
continuous operation to torque control mode
using "[Cd.153] Control mode auto-shift
selection", set "1: Switching request" in
"[Cd.138] Control mode switching request" not
to satisfy the switching condition while
"[Md.26] Axis operation status" is "5:
Analyzing".
After checking the cable connecting the servo
amplifier, switch the power off and then on, or
reset the PLC.
• Install the software again.
• Install the dependent add-on.
• Delete the add-on that cannot be combined.
• Install the correct version of the add-on.
