List of Error Codes

Error name
Error details and causes
Normal
Flash ROM write number
Data is written to the flash ROM continuously 25 times
error
or more from the program.
Or the cumulative number of write accesses to flash
ROM exceeds 100,000.
[Operation status at error occurrence]
The system does not write data to the flash ROM.
SDO communication error
• An error occurred in the SDO communication.
• Issued a large quantity of SLMP requests at a time.
• An SLMP request was issued for the slave emulate
enabled axis.
[Operation status at error occurrence]
Error of the function block turns ON, and the error code
of SDO is output to SDOErrorID.
PLC READY OFF during
The PLC READY signal [Y0] is turned OFF during
operation
operation.
[Operation status at error occurrence]
The system stops with the setting (deceleration stop/
rapid stop) of the detailed parameter 2 Rapid stop
selection (stop group 2).
(Note that the deceleration stop only occurs during the
manual pulse generator operation.)
Servo READY signal OFF
The servo READY signal is turned OFF during
during operation
operation.
[Operation status at error occurrence]
During operation: The system stops immediately.
Test mode faults during
The personal computer cannot communicate with the
operation
CPU module.
[Operation status at error occurrence]
The system stops with the setting (deceleration stop/
rapid stop) of the detailed parameter 2 Rapid stop
selection (stop group 2).
(Note that the deceleration stop only occurs during the
manual pulse generator operation.)
Hardware stroke limit (+)
Start is requested when the hardware stroke limit
(upper limit signal (FLS)) is turned OFF.
[Operation status at error occurrence]
The system does not start.
Hardware stroke limit (+)
The hardware stroke limit (upper limit signal (FLS)) is
turned OFF during operation.
[Operation status at error occurrence]
The system stops with the setting (deceleration stop/
rapid stop) of the detailed parameter 2 Rapid stop
selection (stop group 1).
(Note that the deceleration stop only occurs during the
manual pulse generator operation.)

Remedy
Review the program so that data is not written
continuously to the flash ROM. (Using "[Md.19]",
the number of flash ROM write times can be
monitored.)
(If this error has occurred in a proper using
method, writing is enabled by resetting the error,
switching power OFF, then ON, or resetting the
CPU module.)
If the same error occurs repeatedly, please
consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
• Remove the error cause according to the
SDO error code.
• Reduce the number of SLMPs to be issued, or
modify the program to issue the next request
after the response is received.
• Modify the program not to issue the SLMP
request for the slave emulate enabled axis.
Review the program which turns ON/OFF PLC
READY signal [Y0].
Check the servo amplifier power, wiring with the
servo amplifier, and connection of connectors.
Check that there is no error on the personal
computer side I/F to which a cable is connected.
• Check the wiring of upper limit signal FLS.
• Check if the specification of the limit switch
and the setting of "[Pr.22] Input signal logic
selection" match.
• For systems that do not require the installation
of a hardware stroke limit (limit switch), wiring
should be done so that the upper limit signal
(FLS) input of the Motion module is always
ON.
After making an axis error reset, perform manual
control operation to move the axis to the other
position in order that the upper limit signal (FLS)
will not turn OFF.
