Error details and causes
Outside mark detection data
When the mark detection data type setting is "Optional
buffer memory No. setting
2 word buffer memory", the mark detection data buffer
range
memory No. is outside the range or odd number.
[Operation status at warning occurrence]
The setting No. of which the mark detection setting
parameter is outside the range is invalid.
Outside maximum number of
The common parameter "[Pr.152] Maximum number of
control axes
control axes" exceeds the maximum number of control
axes of Motion module.
[Operation status at warning occurrence]
Controlled as "0: No setting".
Outside control axis setting
"[Pr.141] IP address" or "[Pr.101] Virtual servo amplifier
setting" has been set for the axis that exceeds
"[Pr.152] Maximum number of control axes".
[Operation status at warning occurrence]
The communication with the connected device is not
executed.
Home position return data
• The backup data for absolute position restoration is
incorrect
illegal.
• The home position return has never been executed
after the system start.
• The home position return is started, but not
completed correctly.
• "Absolute position erased" in the driver is detected.
• "Rotation direction selection (PA14)" of the servo
parameter has been changed.
• The electronic gear of the Motion module or drive
module is changed.
[Operation status at warning occurrence]
The operation continues.
Mark detection driver touch
One of the following has occurred in an axis set to use
probe function disabled
TPR1 in "[Pr.800] Mark detection signal setting".
• The specified axis does not support the servo
amplifier touch probe function.
• An object for touch probe is not set for the optional
data monitor when a multi-axis servo amplifier is
used.
[Operation status at warning occurrence]
The setting No. for which the corresponding axis is
specified in "[Pr.800] Mark detection signal setting"
becomes invalid.
Speed change during
The speed change request is issued during
deceleration
deceleration stop with JOG start signal OFF.
[Operation status at warning occurrence]
The speed change is not carried out.
JOG speed limit value
The JOG speed
at start.
[Operation status at warning occurrence]
• When the speed exceeds the JOG speed limit, the
JOG operation is carried out with the JOG speed
limit value.
• While the speed is limited by the JOG speed limit
value, "[Md.39] In speed limit flag" is turned ON.
JOG speed limit value
The new speed value
value when the speed is changed during operation.
[Operation status at warning occurrence]
• When the speed exceeds the JOG speed limit, the
JOG operation is carried out with the JOG speed
limit value.
• While the speed is limited by the JOG speed limit
value, "[Md.39] In speed limit flag" is turned ON.

Remedy
Set a value with an even number within the
setting range.
Set the maximum number of control axes to the
maximum number of control axes for the Motion
module or less.
For the axes which are out of the maximum
number of control axes, set the servo network
configuration parameter "[Pr.141] IP address" to
"0: No setting" and "[Pr.101] Virtual servo
amplifier setting" to "0: Use real servo amplifier".
Execute home position return.
• Check the model and version of the
connected servo amplifier, and check if they
support the touch probe function.
• Set an object for the touch probe to the
optional data monitor when using a multi-axis
servo amplifier.
Do not carry out the JOG speed change during
deceleration with the JOG start signal OFF.
Set a value within the setting range.
