Lane distributor (LD), removing paper dust / deposits
Caution!
Danger caused by toothed belts that may run in
the marked area.
Purpose:
To avoid transport problems.
Vacuum cleaner, brush, Isopropanol (plastic-
coated rollers and rubber rollers).
− Unscrew the locking screw (red) (1).
− Pull out the unit on the telescopic rails.
− Remove the paper dust with a vacuum
cleaner.
− Remove the guide plates after opening the
quick-action locks (2) and the knurled
screws (3).
− Clean all guide plates with a damp cloth or Agfa
Cleaner.
− Insert the guide plates again:
Make sure that they sit correctly in the holders
and that the quick-action locks are engaged.
− Clean the transport rollers.
− Push in the unit and tighten the locking screw.
