Start, automatic

The d-lab uses idle times. With this setting and
after the preset time without operator action the
query comes whether the digital orders should be
printed.
The operator can ignore this request or respond.
See Digital Orders, Settings / Network Orders in
register 4
– Respond to the request:
No Print digital orders later
Yes
Print network orders at once
– Request ignored:
The query window is displayed for a certain
adjustable time span. If there is no response
the digital orders are printed in the order of their
arrival.
Orders for which different paper (width/surface)
must be inserted are returned by the d-lab to the
d-workflow.
After 600 attempts the order gets an error status.
Then it cannot be printed anymore on the d-lab.
The d-lab collects all prepared orders
approximately every minute. In the worst case an
order could get an error status after 10 hours.

Printing

Each order is printed with the settings in the
descriptive order file without operator action.
At the same time, a pop-up with the Stop button is
displayed. Printing can be stopped at any time
whereby the currently active order (and in case of
small orders also further orders stored already)
will still be finished.
The order just being handled is marked in the
order list. As soon as all pertaining images have
been printed, it is automatically cleared from the
hard disk and the order list.
Pricing:
In case of network order an internal order number
is printed on the pricing label and not the one sent
with the network order
