Production
– Position single negatives:
− Move longer film strips back and forth by
one frame length with Frame until the
desired negative is shown.
− Move the frame in small steps with Step to
position it exactly. In the preview the
removed part of the image is cut off, the
new part added is marked, but shown
without data.
− Touch Refresh:
The negative is scanned again, the
preview is refreshed.
Repeat the operation (positioning + refreshing)
until the desired result is obtained.
– If necessary, change the configuration for the
current negative with Change configuration. If
several configurations are mixed in an order,
the data of the first configuration used holds for
Autosave and back print for the whole order.
– Color/density corrections: press the Arrow
keys to change the values
Color/density corrections can be entered
directly in the Manual positioning screen as of
Software Version 7.6.
– Image editing
The functions Image editing and Special can
be called up in several print modes. To avoid
repetition, they will be explained elsewhere.
– Touch Print:
The negative is printed with all performed
modifications.
– Remove the film / single negative:
Touch Eject
− Whole films / long film strips are ejected.
− Short film strips / single negatives are
moved to a position in which the film
carrier can be removed without causing
damage to the film strip / negative.
