Operation
Paper Jam at the Transfer/Takeover Sections between the Transport Unit TU and the
Print Engine PE
Always pull out the print engine first:
− Open the LH side door
− Open the locking: 2 levers (1)
− Pull out the PE (2) completely
Paper jammed in the PE
− Remove the guide plate at the top (1) and/or
the bottom (2), pressing the toggle of the
guide plate down (1) or up (2)
− Remove the paper
Paper jammed in the TU
− Leave the TU in the Printer; do not pull it out
− Remove the paper
