Checking the solution temperatures
− Activation by means of the following buttons
on the touch screen:
Settings
Machine settings
PP temperature
− Set the reference temperatures for the
solutions and the dryer:
DEV
40 °C ± 0.3
BX
38 °C ± 2
STB
37 °C ± 2
Dryer
65 °C
− Calibration of the temperature sensors :
− Touch Readjust xxx.
A window with a numeric keypad opens.
The temperature of the selected solution is
indicated in the first line of the input field.
− Remove the chemical filter.
Using a calibrated thermometer, measure
the current temperature of the processing
solution through the free opening of the
filter holder.
− Enter the current temperature value via the
numeric keypad.
The sensor will be calibrated after pressing
OK.
− The buttons Reset reference and Reset
calibration are used to enter the default
values of the data base.
