Checking the solution levels
Purpose:
To compensate for evaporation (also required with
the automatic evaporation compensation).
− The solution levels in the Paper Processor
must be checked and topped up with water
once a week at the end of work or before the
production is started:
− Open the replenisher tank lid
− Fill up the black evaporation compensation
recipient (see arrow) with water up to the
height of the overflow pipe (approx. 80 ml)
− If the level drops considerably, adjust the
water replenishment quantities.
− Replace defective level switches (technician)
− Search for leaks (technician)
Warning!
Risk of fire!
Defective level switches must be replaced. They
must not be repaired.
