Order Handling

Order Tracing

– The film and the envelope must be identified so
that the order can be traced and the envelope,
the film and the prints can be combined. For
this, stickers with numbers (Twin Check labels)
are used. The same number is put on the order
envelope and on the film tip.
– The order number may be printed on the back
of the prints along with other information so that
the allocation of the prints to the corresponding
order (film) is simplified.
– When the prints are in the sorter bucket, the
film is cut into strips and sleeved into
transparent sleeves in an optional film sleever,
e.g. AGFA FS1. The strips and the prints are
put in a photo bag which is then inserted in the
order envelope.
– Price labels can be printed with the optional
Pricing and Label Printer accessory.
