Deletes user account
Deletes the specified user account.
If the specified user account does not exist, the command returns OK without doing any processing at all.

User ID (32 characters max.)
Specifies the user ID of the user to be deleted with up to 32 characters.
Specifies the user name for a user belonging to the UG0 group (32 characters maximum).
Specifies the password for the above UG0 group user (32 characters maximum).
