IMAGESCROLL or EIS
The image display window whose number is specified is moved the specified distance in parallel. The setting
range for the movement distance is not restricted. Also, because the scale for movement is independent of the
display zoom ratio, the movement is not affected by change in the zoom ratio.

Sets the X-direction movement distance (camera coordinate system).
