This signal is used for notification
when the FH/FZ5 detects one of
the errors below. For descriptions
of the errors, refer to the following:

ON/OFF timing
OFF to ON
After the error is removed,
the user (PLC) either per-
ON when the FH detects forms remeasurement or
an error. executes error clear
(ERCLR signal: ON) to
turn OFF the signal.
