Communication Input State Setting
Permits/prohibits input to communication modules. Any communication module whose input state is set to
Prohibit (0) accepts no communications whatsoever. However, inputs related to hardware (parallel STEP
signals/DSA signals and ECAT STEP, etc.) are not included in the prohibition.
