the
clutch
cable

from

lever

on the
pedal
shaft;
unscrew
the
locknut
and
unscrew
the
pedal
adjusting
screw

detach
the
end
piece
of the
clutch
cable
from
the
lever

Disconnect
the
accelerator
control
from
the
pedal

Remove
the
split
pin
and
disengage
the
damper
and
cable
assembly
from
the
accelerator
pedal.
Disconnect
the
wires
from
the
stop
light
switch

Remove
the
two
upper
fixing
nuts

of
the
pedal
gear
and
the
master
cylinder

lower
fixing
screws

gear

Remove
the
rubber
dust
cover
from
the
side
plate
on
the
engine
recess
and
withdraw
the
pedal
gear.
Refitting

Place
the
pedal
gear
in
position,
insert
the
2 lower
fixing
screws
(6)
(spring
washers
under
the
heads)
and
fit
the
upper
fixing
nuts
(5)
on
the
master
cylinder
bracket
side
(spring
washers).
Tighten
the
screws
and
nuts.
Put
the
dust
cover
in
position
on
the
opening
of the
side
plate
on
the
engine
recess

Connect
the
clutch
cable

to
the
lever
(2).
To
adjust
the
heights
of
the
pedals
by
means
of the
adjusting
screws

Brake
pedal:
there
must
be
a distance
of

(rubber
