the
locking
plate
from
the
cylinder

withdraw
the
cylinder
towards

front

damper

dismantle
it.
Make
a note
of
the
order
and
the
position
of assembly
of the
parts

not
remove
the
piston
from
the
suspension
cylinder

Assemble
the
damper
(8).
Adhere
to
the
correct
order
and
position
of
assembly
of
the
parts
(see
fig..3).
Tighten
the
nut
(9)
to
21.6
ft.lbs
(3
m.kg)
and
fit
the
damper
on
the
suspension
sphere.
Hold
the
suspension
sphere
firmly
in
the
hand
when
tightening.
The
correct
tightening
torsion
is
reached
when
the
sphere
begins
to
slip.

prepare
the
piston
rod

Engage
the
dust
cover
(2)
on
the
piston
rod
and
position
it
so that
the
overflow
return
is
at
right
angles
to
the
holes
provided
for
the
connecting
pin.

dust
cover

position
on
the
milled
portion
of the
piston
rod
and
fit
the
Ligarex
clip
(pliers
2483-T,

Insert
a flexible
bush
