pressure
on the bush

of the nut in order
to engage
it in the bore

remove

nut and complete
the fitting
of the bush,

the tube

Tighten
the nut (50)

and lock
it by turning
down
the metal)

a)
Smear
the outer
bush
of the upper
bearing

grease

and fit 14 balls
in this
race.

Place
the race
and balls
in the housing.

Tighten
the upper
nut (52) with
felt
washer
to 43 ft. lbs
(6 m. kg).
At the same
time
turn
the lever
(spanner
1988-T).

Slacken
the nut and then
re-tighten
to a torque
of 14 to 22 ft. lbs (2 to 3 m. kg).
Lock
the nut by turning
down
the
metal
