Meaning of ToS field for IP Precedence type is as follows.

Default Configuration is 'IP PRECEDENCE[0xC0]',
if you will not change a configuration by using this command.
In order to make a setup reflect and keep, re-starting is
required after saving a configuration data by SAVE command.
