HYDRAULIC BRAKE
Measure the brake disc warpage w i t h a dial indicator.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.30 mm (0.012 in)
Check the wheel bearings for excessive play,
warpage exceeds the service limit.
Replace the brake disc if the wheel bearings are nor-
mal.
REMOVAL
Drain the front hydraulic system (page 15-4).
Disconnect the brake light switch wire connectors.
Avoid spiihng fiuid
painted, plas- Remove the brake hose oil bolt, sealing washers and
brake hose eyelet.

Remove the bolts from the master cylinder holder and
remove the master cylinder assembly.
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the dust cover and snap ring.
TOOL:
Snap ring pliers
Remove the bolt and brake reservoir f r o m t h e master
cylinder.
Remove the O-ring.
