Connect the fan motor
Install the heat guard rubber onto the cylinder head
cover.
Install the air cleaner housing (page 5-65).
CAM CHAIN TENSIONER LIFTER
REMOVAL
Remove the fuel tank (page 5-59).
Remove the throttle body (page 5-67).
Remove the cam chain tensioner sealing bolt and
sealing washer.
Turn the tensioner shaft fully in (clockwise) and
secure it using the cam chain tensioner holder t o pre-
vent damaging the cam chain.
