With the front brake applied, p u m p the fork u p and
down several times to seat the axle and check brake
operation.
Check the brake operation by applying the brake lever.
torque.
TORQUE:
Check the clearance between the brake disc and
caliper bracket o n each side after installation.
The clearance should be at least 0.7 mm (0.03 in).

REMOVAL
Keep the brake
master cyiinder
Remove the front wheel (page 13-9).
Loosen the handlebar pinch bolt and t o p bridge pinch
bolt.
When the fork leg will be disassembled, loosen the
fork bolt, but d o not remove
