Install the right and left side collars.
Install the front wheel between the fork legs.
Apply a thin layer o f grease t o the front axle surface.
Install the front axle f r o m the left side.
Hold the axle and tighten the axle bolt t o the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 78 N-m (8.0 kgf-m,
Tighten the right axle pinch bolts t o the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 22
Install the both brake caliper and tighten the n e w
mounting bolts t o the specified torque.
TORQUE: 30 N*m (3.1 kgf-m
Install the front fender (page 2-81.
(2.2 kgf-m, 16 Ibf-ft)
