This section explains how to install and uninstall the converter, and to retrieve files.
The following operations are available if DC 1015S/2101 Copy Server File Converter is installed.
Retrieving files from the MO disk
Files saved to the MO disk with this machine can be converted and retrieved on a client computer. The
converter must be installed on the client computer.
Retrieving files from the FTP server
Files saved to the specified FTP folder can be converted on the FTP server and retrieved.
The converter must be installed on the computer that is specified as an FTP server for saving files.
Use this method if the client computer does not have an MO drive, or if the FTP server is used under the
Windows environment.

Types of files that can be converted
The types of files that can be converted when retrieving:
• DocuWorks
• PDF
• PDF (Compression)
• Multi-page TIFF
• Multi-page TIFF(Compression)
• Single-page TIFF
• Single-page TIFF (Compression)
Supported application
The following application software must be installed to convert files into DocuWorks files.
• DocuWorks: Fuji Xerox DocuWorks
