6.4 Editing Files
A file containing only blank
pages as a result of the page
deletion is automatically
deleted.

When deleting a page:
(1)Select Delete Page.
The Delete Page screen appears.
(2)After checking the page number, select Delete By Page or
Delete By Sheet.
Delete Page
Ready to delete the selected page 1.
Select "Delete By Page" to delete the selected page.
e.g. Only side 1 of the 2 sided documents will be deleted
if the selected page is side 1.
Or, select "Delete By Sheet" to delete the affected sheet
containing the selected page.
e.g. Both side 1 and side 2 of the 2 sided documents will
be deleted even if the selected page is side 1.
Note: Blank covers and separators which are later added
to the file are not counted as part of the pages.
When inserting a file:
Check the following items before selecting Insert By Page:
The file that is to be inserted does not have a blank page or cover page.
The size and the orientation of the original file and the inserted file between
the specified page and the section boundary are the same.
When the original file and the inserted file have 2-sided pages, a set of
orientation of both files is either Head to Top, Head to Left, Head to Head, or
Head to Toe between the specified page and the section boundary.
