6.5 Copying and Moving Files
When the size of the file to be
copied or moved exceeds the
amount of free space on the MO
disk, an error message is displayed.
If the number of files on the MO disk
exceeds 250 after copying or
moving, an error message is
displayed.
The time taken to load a document
to an MO disk is about 5 to 10
minutes for a 100-page A4
document. The loading time will vary
according to the image content of
the document.
Do not change the contents of the
server MO disk.

Select Copy or Move.
Copy/Move to MO
1 file(s) will be copied or moved from the selected folder
to the MO. The file(s) will be compressed and saved.
Note: The compressed file(s) will be automatically extracted
when retrieved from the MO.
The selected file is copied or moved to the MO disk.
The file is assigned the same file name as the original file. For how to change
file names, refer to "6.4.1 Changing File Name".

Press the MO eject button
on the MO drive and
remove the MO disk.
